Accommodation rules

1. The hotel is only entitled to accommodate a duly identified guest. For this purpose, the guest shall present his/her valid ID card or passport or other valid identification document to the hotel staff immediately upon arrival. The hotel is entitled to refuse to accommodate a guest if there are serious reasons for this (harassing behaviour, under the influence of drugs or alcohol, etc.).

2. When a guest who has already checked in to the hotel returns to the hotel, he/she is obliged to present the valid hotel ID (access card) with which he/she was registered at the hotel upon request.

3. The guest is obliged to immediately report the loss of the access card to the reception. If the guest fails to do so, the hotel shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the guest in connection with its loss. The guest will be charged a fee of CZK 200 for the loss of the access card.

4. The hotel may, for operational reasons, offer the guest accommodation other than the agreed accommodation, provided that it does not differ in significant respects from the confirmed order.
 
5. On the basis of a confirmed order, the hotel is obliged to accommodate the guest from 14:00 to 18:00 - until this time the room is reserved for the guest, unless otherwise specified in the order.

6. The guest uses the room for the agreed period of time. If the accommodation period has not been agreed in advance, the guest shall check out no later than 11:00 a.m. on the last day and shall vacate the room by that time. If the guest fails to do so, the hotel is entitled to charge the guest for the next night. In the event that the hotel has previously booked the room and the guest does not comply with the request or is not present at the hotel, the hotel reserves the right to take the guest's belongings and store them in a safe place so that the room can be used by the guest who booked it.

7. The guest shall pay the bill for the accommodation and other services provided in accordance with the price list in force, usually at the beginning of the stay. The bill is payable on presentation.

8. If the guest requests an extension, the hotel may offer him/her a room other than the one in which he/she was originally accommodated.

9. The hotel is not liable for items brought into the hotel by the guest or for damage to items left behind, unless they have been left in a designated place. The hotel is liable for jewellery, money and other valuables only if they have been deposited in the hotel safe or taken into custody by the hotel or if they have been damaged by the actions of a hotel employee.

10. The guest may not move equipment, furniture or parts thereof, make any repairs or interference with the electrical network or other installations in the room or on the hotel premises without the consent of the hotel management.
 
11. The guest is not allowed to use his/her own electrical appliances in the hotel and especially in the room, this does not apply to electrical appliances used for the guest's personal hygiene (shavers, massagers, hair dryers, etc.).

12. The guest is not allowed to bring dangerous objects and substances (sharp objects, weapons, explosives, flammables, corrosives, poisons, etc.), narcotic or psychotropic substances, as well as objects or substances that smell strongly.

13. Smoking is forbidden in the entire hotel premises. In case of violation of this prohibition, the hotel charges a fine of 7.500 CZK for this violation. This fine is payable no later than the day of the guest's departure.

14. Guests may receive visitors in the accommodation area only with the consent of the receptionist. Outside of these hours, only guests and hotel staff have access to the accommodation area.

15. In case of illness or injury of a guest, the hotel will provide temporary medical assistance or transport to a hospital.
 
16. The guest is obliged to turn off the taps in the room, turn off the lights in the room and its accessories, close the doors and windows. In case of violation of this rule, the hotel is entitled to charge for damages to the equipment or to claim the deductible for damages from the insurance company.

17. For safety reasons, it is not advisable to leave children in the room and other areas of the hotel without adult supervision. Children under 12 years of age may use the elevator only when accompanied by an adult.

18. The hotel does not accommodate dogs or other animals for hygiene reasons.

19. In case of violation of this rule, the guest may be temporarily banned from the hotel premises.
 
20. Guest complaints and any suggestions for improvement are accepted by the hotel management or can be sent to info@cityinn.cz.

21. In the event of a breach of the Regulations, the hotel has the right to withdraw from the contract for the provision of accommodation services before the expiry of the agreed period.

22. The guest shall be liable for any damage caused by him unless he proves that he did not cause it.
 
23. The hotel provides guests with paid services such as parking, meeting rooms, use of the spa, etc.
 
24. These accommodation rules are displayed in all hotel rooms and every guest is obliged to read them.

25. These Accommodation Regulations are valid and effective from 1 April 2024.
